The old maintenance building in Simpson Park is sporting a new roof and Chillicothe Parks and Recreation Department workers were busy this (Wednesday) morning installing new guttering on it to finish the week-long project. According to parks and recreation officials, the cost of the project is around $2,000. The building's new roof is metal and the building also received a new coat of white paint.
